In addition to supplying hydraulically actuated valves, AR Controls supplies engineered Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs) through a network of established hydraulic system manufacturers. While detailed design and fabrication are executed by our specialist partners, our in-house mechanical engineering team provides critical technical oversight from concept through to commissioning. We work closely with the end user to develop and formalize the User Requirement Specification (URS), ensuring alignment with duty cycles, harsh environmental conditions, redundancy requirements, control philosophy, site-specific safety standards and site integration requirements. Acting as the technical interface between customer and manufacturer, we coordinate design reviews, verify documentation packages, and ensure compliance with project specifications. Our engineers attend Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to witness functional, performance, and safety testing, providing independent technical oversight. Upon completion, we manage final inspection, documentation handover, and logistics to site, delivering a fully compliant and application-ready hydraulic power solution.
